I was in some kind of dark, luxurious office with my university group. While the others were discussing something in another room, I was rolling around on a wheeled chair, trying to push myself into the room where the others were. Finally, when I managed to push myself there, I rolled in front of one of my classmates, and then the dream's theme changed. I was no longer there, but I saw everything. I saw a poor woman go and kill a richer woman, taking all her belongings. Some time later, she saw another woman holding money. She went to this woman, grabbed her hand tightly so she couldn't let go, and started pulling it off, repeating 'Give me your hand,' and killed this woman too. It seemed that this woman had gone mad for money. When I woke up, I didn't really wake up but was still in the dream. I felt something holding my hand tightly and pulling it. When I opened my eyes in the dream, the woman was in front of me, but her face was completely black, and she had a big, wide, scary smile. She kept repeating 'Give me your hand.' I tried to scream and everything until I finally woke up for real at 3:14 AM. Only later did I notice that in every place, there was some kind of black, long-haired girl-like figure or statue in the background.
Dreams can be complex and can carry multiple meanings based on personal experiences, emotions, and current life situations. Here’s a possible interpretation of your dream:
Dark Luxurious Office: This setting could symbolize a place of power, ambition, or success, but the darkness suggests feelings of uncertainty or discomfort about these aspirations. Being with your university group might indicate a connection to your educational journey and your desire to connect or assert yourself within that context.
Rolling in the Chair: Movements in dreams often reflect how you feel in life. Rolling around on a wheeled chair suggests a desire for freedom or movement, but also a struggle to engage or connect with others. This could symbolize feelings of isolation or frustration in your current academic or social situation.
Witnessing Violence and Madness: The scene with the poor woman killing the richer one may reflect themes of envy, desperation, or social inequality. It might suggest a fear of being caught in a cycle of envy or competition, perhaps related to your experiences in university. This part of the dream could represent a warning about the consequences of unchecked ambition or greed.
The Black Figure: The recurring figure of the black-haired woman could symbolize a hidden fear, anxiety, or an aspect of yourself that you are not fully facing. This figure’s violent action and demand, “Give me your hand,” may symbolize a feeling of being overwhelmed or forced into situations (perhaps related to peer pressure or expectations) that you’re not comfortable with.
Waking Up in the Dream: Not fully waking when you thought you did suggests a feeling of being trapped or a sense of disorientation in your waking life. The woman’s smile, juxtaposed with her frightening appearance, could represent a façade of comfort or success hiding deeper anxieties or a sense of threat.
Overall, your dream may reflect anxieties related to your academic environment, fears of social comparison or competition, and the struggle to maintain your identity amidst external pressures. The imagery of violence and the presence of the dark figures hint at the impact of these fears on your subconscious. It might be helpful to explore these feelings further; consider journaling or speaking with someone about any underlying tensions you might be experiencing in your life.
